There is a delegation fee of $60 (non-refundable and not applicable to independent delegates) and a delegate fee of $130. All prices are in CAD and are not inclusive of any relevant processing fees or taxes.

Friday Night Delegate Event Waitlist Opt-In

McMUN 2024’s Friday Night Event is reborn and better than ever! Continuing the tradition of McMUN's Friday Night event, this year we will feature a Montréal bar. Delegates can enjoy food & drinks in a fun, chill vibe to decompress from the first two days of debate and prepare themselves for the final push on Saturday. Tickets will include a limited amount of food and drink and can be purchased at registration or the conference.

Hotel Accommodations

Is your delegation planning to stay at Le Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel for the weekend of the conference? Please note that there is a fee of 50$ CAD per night per delegate if delegations choose to stay elsewhere. We will include this fee in your invoice if you select "No" as your option. Commuting delegates in the Greater Montreal Area are exempt from this fee.

McMUN will be offering bursaries to individual delegates on a needs and merit basis. Bursary applications can be found under the Registration tab on our website. To your knowledge, will you or any members of your delegation be applying for our scholarships?

Media Consent

Our staff may be capturing footage from McMUN 2024 to capture the experience of all participating members. By approving of this media consent, you and/or your delegation acknowledges that pictures and videos from our conference that may involve your participating members may be included on our websites and promotional material. COVID-19 Regulations and Requirements

I acknowledge that I am registering to attend McMUN 2024, a conference located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and am therefore entirely responsible for ensuring that my entire delegation and I comply with any and all Covid-19 regulations and requirements mandated by the Canadian Federal or Provincial authorities. I acknowledge that this may include providing valid and authentic Proof of Vaccination and adhering to any Mask Mandates or requirements.

The McGill Model United Nations (McMUN) organization is committed to fostering equity and inclusivity in its conference.
