Conference Fees
*Taxes are included in these fees. Priority registration deadline is September 22nd, 2008. Deposits must be received by this date in order to confirm priority registration. Schools whose application and/or deposit are received after September 22nd, 2008 will be assigned countries on a first-come, first-served basis and will be required to pay regular fees. Payment Options Please make all funds payable to IRSAM (International Relations Students’ Association of McGill). International schools are required to pay in US dollars. Please note that only certified cheques or money orders will be accepted. Please note: Delegation fees and deposits are non-refundable after November 3rd, 2008. Schools withdrawing prior to November 3rd, 2008 will receive a full refund. There will be no refund after January 1st, 2009. |
